The report of the manager of the Raub A. G. M. Co., for the four weeks ending April 18, reads *****
Gentleman, I beg to submilt my monthly report on your min- ing and milling operations.
Above the 80 ft, level one stope | is being worked, the lode is 80 ine. wide and is worth 3,7 dwts,
Surface Works.
Doring the month we have treated 5,144 tons of surface ore, including 182 tons of rack from the Eastern lode outcrop at An- derson.
Milling.
The milling chest accompanies this report. Four Wilfley tables recovered 34htons of concentrates, which were crashed in our grit mille with 45 tons of old tailings,
**General.

The 840 ft. Level. The ore shoots are completed. The urose out Eust has been extended 36 ft. making a total of 58 ft. at 43 f. East of the shaft, a lode was inter- sected underlying West. It is 72 ins, wide and has assayed 7.26 dwis. As soon as expedient wa shall proceed to develop this lode.
740 ft. Lovel.-The Main Drive North Here 10ft. driven, makes a total of 93 ft. The lode is 57 ins, wide, in lowe grade ore.
The Main Drive South has been advanced 10 ft., making a total of 100 ft. The lode assays 7.9 dwts. for a width of 57 ina.
The End South on the 108 ft.
lode has been driven 7 ft., making.
40 stamps ran 25.01 daya. Lost time 2.09 days made up as followa:-Delaye from the Power Station 0.40 days, remainder to repaire, clean ups, etc. Oro Crushed

Anderson.
860 ft. Lavel.-Main Drive North. After driving some few feet on a small disordered branch,
it was decided to crosscut West. On extending in this direction 4 ft,, a large body of quartz way discovered assaying 0.1 dwts.,and the main drive is now being carried North on this, During the month 14 ft. have been driven, making a total of 99 ft.
The Main Drive South has been advanced 25 ft., making a total of 118 ft. The lode for 16 ins. wide angays 0.3 dwts. At the 80 ft. level we have driven North 50 ft. on a lode 60. ine. wide, qenaying 4.1-2 dwi
160 ft. Level North-Crosscut ting east of the main drive was resumed at 69 ft.; 8 ft. have been added during the month and we hope to intersect the continuation of the Eastern lode during the current month.”
Stopes.Abore the 200 ft. level two stopes are being worked, the lode averges 58 ins.wide and is worth 4,42 dwis.
