(23d. during cortain hours); Australasia from Od to 7hd, a word; India and Ceylon from Od. and 9id, respectively to 4d, and 4hd., South Africa from 9: to aid. Egypt from 8d. to 3.1-2d. Straite Settlements, Is 41. to 4.1-2d.; British East Africa, La. to 44., and so on to many other placas. Hongkong will be next Singaporo, and we hope that the very soon on the same baaia na conference in Tokio will render possible a reduction to Peking from 1/5 to 6d. a word which is being aimed at.
