(Copy) Protest - For the Colony of Hongkong, on the 13th March, Eighteen hundred and Seventy two, and before Señor Don Fernando Facur de Pejada Vice Consul Don for Spain in this Colony appeared Don Leon Checa, Consul for Spain in the said Colony, and stated : That the Supreme Court having sanctioned an action to oblige the delivery of the Estate of a Chinaman named Deodoro, who died on High Seas on board the Spanish Barque Altagracia's.
That considering the action : taken to be contrary
