The Expert Evidence Case.
The case remanded from yoR- terday so that an expert might be called to give evidenco as to the age of ammunition, came before Mr C. D. Melbourne, this morning. The charge w28 one unlawful possession preferred against an old Chinese who was defended by Mr R. C. Faithfull.
