If an Eng- fishman travels to France, Gar- many or Italy the coins of his reland have to be exchanged for those of the country in which he is travelling. Why therefore may not Hoogkong currency on y circulate in Hong kong, if it were deemed necessary to adopt auch a course.. To raise opposition in such a matter is childish in the extreme.
