Mr Lowcock is Managing head of the well-known house of Gibb, Greig, Livingstone, & Co., and Mr Greig, enjoys a high reputation as an able man of business, represents most extensive local interests, and is Manager of the Hongkong and Shanghai Bank. I believe the Council has obtained a valuable accession in these Gentlemen.
