It needs no words of mine to assure you that this company was very close to the heart of Mr. William Kos wick; he never spared himself any work in connection with it, and I have often seen him here hard at work in this room when one knew that he ought to bo resting. Mr. Koawick and Mr. Beazley were the most kindly and considerate of colleagues and were remarkably fair-minded anen, and I am quite sure I voice your sentiments as well as my own and those of the Board in making theso remarks. In turning for a moment to the arvounts, I think these are fairly clear on the face of them, though perlups, I can with ad- vantage offer a low remarks.
