The battle- alupa Kaiser and Friedrich der Grosse, built respectively at the Kiel dook-yard and the Vulcan yard, Hamburg, are to be brought forward for trials, as well as the battle-oruiser Goeben, and the small oruisers, Breslau, dagde burg, Stralsund and Strassburg. The battleship "S," which was the additional ship of the Navy Law programme to com- plete the establishment of 38 laid down under the estimates of 1911, is to be launobod at WIL helmshaven. At Danzig the Konig Albert is to be advanced rapidly, and at the Vulcan yard, Hamburg, thk Ersatz Kurfurst Eriedrich Wilhelm is to be launch- ed, as also the Ersatz Weissen- burg at the Weser yard, Bremen. The Prinzrogout Luitpold is ex- pected to be completed, at the Germania yard, Kiel. At the same place the small cruiser Ersatz Soendler will be launched,
