In reply to your despatch of the 12th Instant, I have the honor to report for the information of His Excellency the Governor that the Spanish emigration to which the correspondence refers is conducted in this City by Mr B. Carneiro, of Macao, Agent I believe for a Havanna firm. The depot is situated in the Southern Suburbs.
