Now the Chinaman that you had given the reas come here, I dispose to do officiousness in the matter of his nephew, and I am sure that being delivered to his relations without intervention of the Mandarins, because my order is very conclusive for the deliver all Coolie to the first on his reclamation his father, tutor the recommendation relation.

Mr Austin is to Enclose these papers to Mr Sampson at Canton and state that I would feel much obliged by his reporting on the nature of the Emigration conducted from Whampoa - and the accuracy of the statements of the Spanish Consul - so far as he has had opportunity of testing them.
