Sailors la Trouble.

According to the "Shanghai [„Times" two sailors of the U.S.S. | Cincinnati are in trouble for committing robbery with violence. The story is that on the evening of May 7, they went to a cesh shop at No. 2,471 Elaining Road; Shanghai. Ono of the sailors- entered the shop and asked the attendant to change a number of coppers he had into silver. While the assistant was attending to his peels, the sailor walked up to a number of twenty cont pieces which were laid in rows on the counter, and, throw- ing sand in the eyes of the assist- ant, snatched a number of the silver coins. The assistant, despite the fact that some of the sand had entered his oyos, seized the sailor and hold on to him until a Sikh constablo, who heard the noise created and who saw the Bailor outside take to his heels, como and arrested the man, who was taken atorce to the police station.
