197th January, 1872.
The last Executive Council determined to proclaiming the Repeal of all Rules and Regulations for the control of Gambling previously passed by the Governor in Council under authority of Section 18 of Ordinance Nine of 1867. That Proclamation was duly published in the Gazette of the 13th instant, and it is now necessary to make provision for preventing illegal Gambling Houses being established in place of those licensed.
