Registrar General. I attend every
day to my Office in the Supreme Court House from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
These are the fixed Office hours,
very frequently detained there until much later. These hours
are not sufficient on very many occasions to complete the work thrown upon me, and I have to engage myself on it when at home.
Of the multifarious duties attached to the Registrar General's Department there is little that does not require the personal supervision of the Head of the Department
