Dear Money in Japan. According to the daily balance of the Bank of Japut, the redemp tion of loans was very slow at the end of November, the convertible | notes issued during the month being above the limit till Dec. 7. On November 11 the amount of loans accommodated had increased by Y10,000,000 and the convertible notes above the limit have again been issuert to the amount of. Y1,000,000. The issue of such notes having daily increased since that date, the total value of notes- ont- standing on Dec. 14 reached Y348,000,000, while the amount in hard-cash was Y210,000,000 and in loans Y85,000,000, the issuo of notes over the limit, amounting to Y8,000,000.
