as the date which he preferred,
leave for 16 months has accordingly
been granted to him from that date - four months of which are to be vacation leave on full pay- and the remaining twelve months half pay's enclose the Certificate
of Mr Austin's resident service -
and the leave allowable to him -
which latter is put down
1. for a resident service of Years months.
Not merely therefore has Your Lordship sanctioned the
