Wilson, outward bound-from Singapore, was about to enter Sydney Heads a few weeks ago, the electrical engineers at South Head and Middle Head wore indulging in 'practice known as "running the light," the effect of which was to creato difficulties in navigation which almost brought about n collision, roports the "Brisbane Courier."
