The next complainant was NOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS, Revono Officor Wildon, who charged Clian Ki, muster of the steam-launch Sam Ching, with disregarding the rules of the road on the 9th inst. Accused ploaded guilty and was fined $15, or one month's hard labour. It appears that the Revenue launch "Pink" was on her way across to Kowloon when she met the launch Sanı Ching and a serious collision would have occurred if the Pink lund not chango her course, going hard a-port.
