A SPLENDID ÒRGANISER

When Admiral of the Floet Lord Fisher of Kilverstone retired from the active list the other day on completing his 70th year, the British Navy last one of the great- ost organisers, it has ever had. Wo may disagree in some details with Jacky Fisher," but in the broad outline of his policy we think all well-wishers of the Navy seo that he served its interests splendidly. He was the creator of the latest phase in the modern history of the British Navy and that ho leaves a deop mark' upon, its records no one will question.
