On the 6th fast, the customs authorities at Iloilo made the capture of 64 tins of opium valued at over 54,000 on board the leamer Kaifong. The chief fireman, who is a China thao, and another Celestial wete attempling in Four. maggie the contraband into al port. other Chinese were arrested and all have been turbed aver to the coasts for prosecution.
