We are indebted to a reader of a financial turn of mind for the two tables sat out below which show approximately the Capitalised Value and Market Value of Rubber Shares of London and Singapore Companies on the 7th April and May 4th respectively,

These show that on the average at April 7th Looden Companies stood at egɛtimes their face -value and local companies at 5 times their face value.

Also that between the two dates the London Companies show a sbrinkage in market value of £4,425,350, say about est per cent, and Singapore Companies a shrinkage of $10,993,500 Tay about 11 per cent,
