We learn that Capt. Reimers of the N. D. L. 5.5. Pritamisk afected, under difficult circum- stances, the resene of two shipwrecked men from a large Chinese' juok and also towed the same varsel for forty-eight hours into ralety with much difficulty, reports the Bangkok Daily Mail of 17th March.

The juak, named Kim Dong Les, belonged

to a place called Sialang close to Heihow and was voyaging from Silang to Singapore with 1,500 picuis of salt, 50 tons general cargo, 50 piculs salted duck eggs aud 140 pigs.
