In terms of the Deed of Settlement of this Corporation, I have the honor to transmit herewith General Half Yearly Statement to 30th June last, showing the amount of the then debts, liabilities and engagements, and of the Cash, property Credits and securities belonging to the Corporation, such statement including Amount of Promissory Notes of the Corporation in Circulation and of the coin held in the Establishment as shown in the said statement being authenticated in the usual manner.
