Victoria, Hongkong, ou SATURDAY, the 15th day of January, 1910, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit confirming as a special resolution (be subjoined resolution which was pastad by tha requisite mafority at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on the 30th day of Degamber, 1909,
