The meeting was to discuss matters in connection with the Macáo Delimi tation question. The meeting was daly beld yesterday (Sunday) at the office of the Canton Self-Governmeal Society at the Wah Lum monastery. The meeting was called for a. p.m. Before the clock struck one all the stats in the meeting hall were occupied, so that many people who came after that boor had to stand and many others could not even secara admission into, the hall, there being not so much as standing, room available, Thois present at the meeting could not have numbered less than three thousand. Chas Chung Kwai and Chin Wai Po were elected chairman and vice-chairman, respectively, and Lo Shiu Ngao acted as secretary. Speeches wore delivered by several members of the So cisty on the question of the Macao delimitation, and the recent conventio concluded between Ching and Japan concerning Maschuria. The speeches were proctuated with it flammatory observations directed against the Portuguese and the Japanese. All the addresses were intently followed by the meeting who evinced considerable interest in the proceedings and whose emotion was aroused by the remake of the speakers,
