Messm, Noel Murray and Co.'s report on the Shanghai Piace Goods Trade says:
A Chinese dispatch says that Prince Tsaj Hrün, the Navy Commissioner, and Daka Tsa! Tse, President of the Ministry of Finance, have conferred on the provision of Navy funds, and Our attention, hai bien called to soma éx-. have discovered that after reckoning the uptracts from, and comments on a report by Mr. H. H. Fox, Acting British Consul-General in _propriation_from the 'revenue duties, and, con- tributions by the provinces, there is still a deficit Canton, which appear in the Mercantile and they propose to request a grant from the Guardian of the 31st August last. We have Privy Purse for the purpose. Prince Hin be not seen the actual report itself, but what sp decided to divide the Navy into sea and an inpears in the publication named is fully sufficient land squadrons.
