Shanghai, 6th October, 12.50 p.m. Sir Havilland de Sausmarez, Chief Justice, delivered his decision of the application made by Mr. J. C. E. Douglas, representing Mr. Butler Wright, chief accountant of the Canton-Kowloon railway (Chinese section), that the venue of trial in the action brought against the accused charging him with embezzlement of railway funds, be changed from
