I have the honour to inform you, Leon Cistellar, who have hitherto been Spanish Consul at Hong Kong, have been appointed Spanish Consul-General. The Queen has been pleased to require Don L. Chela to act as Consul at Hongkong.
I have received Her Majesty's approval of this appointment, under Her signature the 28th instant. The notification of Her Majesty's approval of this appointment will appear in the Gazette of the 2nd of December.
