From the Belgian Minister at this Const, of which I'm enclosing a copy, it is stated that there was no objection to the issue of an Exequatur to Hippolyte Nicaise, at present Vice Consul for Belgium at Hongkong; and that the Notification of his appointment appeared in the Gazette of the 8th September.
It is also stated that the Notification was made in the Hongkong Government Gazette.
