The Irregularities of the Dai Nippon Sug Refining Company have at last culminated in criminal action. As already mentioned, the directors of the company of Tokyo weth ar rested on Sunday, the 11th instant, and Messrs, Ito Moshichi nad Takatsu Kyuyemon, directors in Osaka, were arrested on Monday, the rath instant, at their respective houses, From particolars appearing in Osaka journals, the charges against the directors are forgery of private docomems, embezzlement, and viola- tion of the Commercial Code.
