that the Board of Frade think that the expenses of the Witnesses in the case
may
be properly borne by the Vote for
the Relief of Distressed British Seamen
abroad, and they will be prepared to
repay the expenses incurred by the Hong Hong Government being informed
on
to whom the payment should be made I am at the same time to observe
that in cases of this nature where the
Hong Kong Authorities make a claim
for repayment of expenses incurred by
