INTERESTING, EVIDENCE BY ONE OF THE ACCUSED'S SISTER.

Dr. Ho Kai began his address on babalf of the three men, who are being tiled. for murdering two’men and a boy-Luk Sang, Wong Sam Sap, and Wong Tin Faimon the Ken. Dr Ho Kai then began his address. We spoke as to the character of the evidence. adduced for the defence, which, he said, was unshaken by cross-examination. He called the jury's attention to the fict that he had established an alibi in the case of all the defendants, except the second man, whose witnesses could not be gat. He called open the prosecution to provide a motive for the murder, which they had not done. They alleged, that robbery was the molive, but that had not bean proved, Witnesses had been called to prove that the first defendant had conspired with the rear to rob, fuk Sang.
