His Excellency the Vicerby left here yester day at I p.m. and arrived at 1 hampoa at about 2 o'clock, where His Excellency landed and visited the Whampoa Naval College and the Whampoa Docks. The Viceroy also reviewed the students there, seeing them go through their drills. After a short stay at Whampoa His Excellency proceeded to the Boga Tigris where he inspected the different fortresses and the military college. His Excellency will also proceed to the Shek Lung district to make ac inspection of the Canton: Kowloon railroad, etc. Viceroy Chang reported, his departure from Caston on a tour of inspection to the East River, on the 24th instant, to Peking by wire.
