Witness knew the accused was transferred from the Gordoo Highlanders, but he had never taunted him with being court-martialled in that regiment, nor ever heard the Colonel do so. No prejudiceexisted against the accused, wo was given every chance,

The ac cused requested witness to pat two sentries alleged to be asleep on their posts under arrest saying "I will show the 13th Hussars up."
