The plant and tools are of recent patterne for dealing quickly and chaaply with work and a large stock of material is always at hand, (plates and angles all being tested by Lloyds! surveyors).

Two powerful Twin Screw Towbohm are available for taking Vessels in or out of Dock, and for taking Sailing Vessole in or out of the bay. The floating derrick is capable of lifting 35 tons.

For the defendant Mr. Home filed further particulars of defence, and Mr. Jones (for the plaintiffs) put in the following reply to Mr. Homie's docu mant:

"The China Commercial Company "the correct name of which is "The Chins: Com mercial Company. Limited "in a limited liability company duly incorporated under the pro. visions of the Companies Ordinances of Hongkong and the Plaintiffs bring into Court a copy of the Memo and Articles of Association of the said Company. The Plaintiffs deny that the China. Commercial Company Limited" was created or employed as a dummy for the purpose of carrying through fictitious share transactions of the Plaintiffe with the said Company were transactions in which the Placatifs were selling to themselves and that the Plaintiff in dealing with the said Company were acting as jobbers in the said sbáres and Dol as brokers,

-The Plaintiffs are unable to say where the Defendant spent his time after 18th March 1952 and up to his departure for Europe and do not admit that be spent it in Japan. Wherever be spent his time the fact remains that after the said shares had dropped ao points he confirmed what the Plaintiffs had does up to that time and gave the instructions previously referred to by the Plaintiffs the leiter of the 9th May 1901,
