'We wish to testify to the success with which you have discharged the duties inclimbest on the high office you have held during a period in which have arisen questions that have called for the exercise of diplomatic ability of the very highest order' You leave, these shores carrying with you the 'fullest esteem'and admiration of your country. meo, as well as the respect and confidence of the Government and people to which you have besn'accredited,

Mes, Wright was not forgotten, for she was the recipient of a very large and handsome basket of flowers, as a mark of esteem from the community, a gift which she appeared to appreciate very much,, not so much for its intrinsic value as for the kind feelings which prompted its presentation.
