The depression is probably situated to the S.S.W. of Hongkong in about 19 Lat. It ap. pears to be moving towards N.W.
Pressure remains high over the Pacific to the E. of the Loochoos, and a depression is shown this morning over N. China.
Moderate S.E: winds are expected to prevail
