The Canton Hankow Railway Company has posted in a notice announcing that no tickets for the admission of railway shareholders to the extraordinary meeting, to be held on the zoth day of the present moon, will be issued: to those of the so-called Hongkong railway shareholders, under the leadership of Messrs.

Chan King Y, Chan Chik Yu and Yeung Sal Ngam, who have not remitted their capital to the Company. H.E. the Viceroy has now instructed.
