CRIMINALS ON A HOLIDAY There was an unusually small number of cases to be dispored of at the Police Court ship morning, considering that no business has been done for the last two days--Chinese New Year Tolidays. "The people are enjoying themselves too much now to think of committing cr.me at yet," he stated.
