On the last day of February the promoters of the Canton-Hunkow Railway Company framed the rules and regulations in connection with the issue of shares and the atticies of as- socialion. The name of the Company shall be the Canton-Hankow Railway Company and it shall be under merchants' control.
The capital of the Company will be 20 million dollars, divided into four million shares of $5 each.
