THE Steamship
" MALTA," Captain R. A. Peters, carrying His Majesty's Mails, will be despatched from this for BOMBAY, OF SATURDAY, the z6th August, at Noon, taking Passengers and Cargo for the above Ports is connection with the Company's S.S. Macedonia, 10,500 tons, from Colombo, Passengers' accommodation in which vessel is secured before departure from Hongkong.
Silk and Valuables, all Cargo for France, and Tea for London (ander arrangement) will be transhipped at Colombo into the Mail steamer proceeding direct to Marseilles and London; other Cargo for London, &c., will be conveyed from Bambay by the R.M.S. Cale donia, due in London on the 8th October.
Parcels will be received at this Office until P.M. the day before sailing. The Contests and Value of all Packages are required.,
