It appears that the defendant took the box to the house of a friend in Holly- wood Road, "to be kept till called for", but it so happened, that before it was " called for the tightful owner had occasion to visit the same house, the occupant of which was also a friend of his, and there he saw the box and at once claimed it. The man stated that defendant had brought it there the previous evening to be taken care of. The owner, who had the key, with, and found the contents intact.
