NOTICE is hereby given that The Honour.
ablo the Chief Justice as, in virtus of Section 58 of Ordinance No. auf 1897, made an Order limiting to the 16th day of April, 1995, as the time for CREDITORS to send in their CLAIMS against the estate of COLIN BUCHANAN, late of Sharghai, in the Empire of China, Marine Engineer, who died on the 7th day of July, 1902, at Foachow, in the Empire of China, and Probate of whose Will was granted by His Britannic Majesty's Supreme Court for China and Coren at Shanghai on the toth day of October, 1902, to ROBERT BUCHANAN MAUCHAN, one of the Exe. culori named in the said Will, and which Probate has been re-sealed by the Supreme Court of Hongkong, in its Probate jurisdiction on the 4th day of January, 1905.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that all such Claims are to be sent in in writing to the Under- signed prior to the said 16th day of April, 1905, of no notice will be taken of them.
All persons indebted to the above Estate are requested to make inmediate payment to the Undersigned.
