Although this Government is
not in possession of a Capy of the Original Agreement entered into by the Crown Agents on their behalf... with Mc Kydd, I think it may be
afely assumed, from Mr Kydd's own version of it, that it was made for 3 years certain with this Provision, among others, that if Mr Kydds services should be required for. than 3 years,
