On the 28th at 4.30p.m. The depression is probably situated to the NE, of the Paracels, and it appears to be moving slowly towards NW. Black South Cone hoisted.
On the 29th at 11.40am. The baremeter has risen over NE. Japan, fallen over China and the Lonchoos.
The depression in the China Sea appears to occupy much the same position as yesterday, It may have a slow motion towards NW. in the Pacific to the NE. of Luzon, is a typhoon. The depression mentioned yesterday as lying This morning it is situated to the SE. of the towards NW. Meiaco Sinta group, and is probably moving
Pressure remains high to the SE. of Japan, Bad weather is probable in the Formosa Chan nel by to morrow.
Strong winds off the coast to the S. and W.; of Hongkong.
