On the 4th at 11.30 a.m.

The barometer has risen over N.E. Japan, fallen quickly over W. Japan. The depression passed from the E. coast of China to the Yellow Sea during the night, and is now approaching the W. coast of Japan.

Pressure is high over E. Japan, and is increasing again over China.

The wind will freshen from N.E. in the Formosa Channel during the next 24 hours.

Variable winds over the N. part of the China Sea.
