On the 31st at 11.29 am. The barometer has fallen in S. Japan, and has changed but slightly in China. The shallow area of low- pressure has moved Northeastward and is now lying to the South of Japan. There is another depression in the NW part of the Sea of Japan. Gradients are moderate for NE winds on the China coast, and for SW winds in the N. part of the China Sea.
