Capt.A.E. Hodgins, of the steamship Formosa, from Tamsui, Amoy and Swatow, reports From Tamsui to Amoy strong monsoon with high sea. Amoy to Swatow moderate and fine, thence to Hongkong fresh breeze and clear weather.
