Mr. Hazeland this afternoon delivered judg ment in the case of Ng Yau Kun who' was recently charged before him for "that he the said Ng Yau Kun, on the 3rd day of July, 1901, at Victoria Harbour in this Colony did cheat and defraud one Leung Shang Kam of the sum of $22.30,"
