The Sanitary Board Meeting. As we anticipated, yesterday's meeting of the Sanitary Board produced a long and interesting discussion upon the question and f5c motion brought forward by the Hon. F. H. MAY, C.M.G, and Mr. Osponse respec- tively. The Government, in the person of Mr. MAY, attempted to make excuses and to refute and generally throw cold water upon the charges made by Mr. OSBORNE, as was only to be expected. Dr. CLARK, however, completely knocked the bottom

There have been grievances on the Barfleur but we have the assurance of our morning contemporary that they have been removed. As to the rumours of open mutiny, wholesale discontent, etc., etc., we have the very best authority 'for saying that they are without foundation.
