1020 AT the Magistracy this morning, before Mr. Gompertz, two ricksha coolies in the employ of Mr. John Lemm, Architect, were charged with disorderly behaviour, using abusive language and refusing to obey the lawful orders of their employer. It appears that the coolies were ordered to take one of Mr. Lemm's assistants day afternoon and refused to do so. They were to the Hongkong and Shanghai Bank 'yester in a very abusive manner.
